We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was superb, as it was close to everything we wanted to see in this city. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a beautiful lobby, great pool area, and a fabulous rooftop bar. The staff were friendly and professional, especially MrTrung from reception, who made our check-in process smooth and enjoyable. The cleanliness of the rooms was great, and the amenities provided in the spacious showering area were great. We also appreciated the 24/7 room service.

The rooms are clean and tidy, with comfortable beds. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience. The buffet breakfast offers a wide selection, including delicious pastries. The swimming pool facilities are excellent, providing a great way to relax and unwind.

The hotel offers excellent facilities, including a well-equipped gym, pool, and a club lounge with great drinks and nibbles. The two bedroom suite on the 8th floor was perfect for our group of two couples. Being a light sleeper, I appreciated the quiet environment.

This hotel has exclusive amenities such as a sauna, a swimming pool, and a spa & wellness center that offered a full body massage and beauty treatments. the service was exceptional with make up services and a private facility. the location was unbeatable, being central to the Opera House and shopping centers.
The only minor issue that we encountered was that the dinner buffet could have been more varied. the breakfast buffet was abundant with high-quality food, and there were plenty of restaurant options available on-site.

This hotel is a luxurious gem! From the moment we stepped foot in the venue, we were greeted with friendly staff who were always eager to help. the exclusive amenities like the outdoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi were definitely our favorite parts of the hotel. the service was top, notch, and the restaurant and bar/lounge areas had delectable cuisine and refreshing drinks.
We had a minor issue with the room's air conditioning, which seemed to not be cooling the room as well as it should have been. Nonetheless, we didn't let that detract from our overall experience.

I had a great stay at Caravelle Saigon. The breakfast was delicious and the staffs were nice and friendly. I especially appreciated the warm welcome letter to my room. Although my name was incorrect, it was a thoughtful gesture. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city on foot. The rooftop bar provided a beautiful view of the bustling streets below. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.
